Focus&Quit :Volume 1 The Power of Dominant Thought:This is the first section of our Focus&Quit Program. You will get an understanding of your habit, such as why you smoke, and when you smoke. It addresses the fears that you may have about breaking the habit. It begins to recondition your unconscious mind so that you no longer believe you have the need to smoke, and helps you to overcome the natural cravings that are associated with your habit.

Cigarette smoking has been identified as the most important source of preventable morbidity and premature mortality in the United States and the world.

DSTRESS: Volume 1 : Goodbye stress mess:We believe in stress: In the first part of the system, you will get an understanding of yourself, and how you interpret stress. In the second part, stress, my daily teacher, you will be taught how to recondition your stress and turn it into a motivator, rather than a destructive force, in your body and mind.

Stress Fact75% of the general population experiences at least "some stress" every two weeks (National Health Interview Survey).

Emotional Diabetes from Victim to Victor

Winning with diabetes:

Diabetes affects over 24 million people in United States today. It has been said that having diabetes is like being in charge of an octopus. There isn't just one cut and dry way of coping with the disease because of all its different parts. At first, it might seem like an overwhelming amount of information is thrown at you. Our system is designed to address everything from the emotions that come from being diagnosed, to educating and re-conditioning your

conscious and unconscious mind in the way you live your life successfully with diabetes.

Volume 1 of our Winning With Diabetes™ Program – “Emotional Diabetes from Victim to Victor”In this part of the system you will come to understand the emotions that come with diabetes and how to shift the control back into your hands. This part reconditions your thinking to believe that you now can take control of your eating habits, as opposed to letting them get away from you.

Beware of low-fat snacks. Studies show that people tend to eat about 28 percent more of a snack when it's low-fat because they think they're saving on calories. But low-fat snacks such as cookies only have about 11 percent fewer calories than their full-fat counterparts. Stick to the same amount you'd eat if you thought the snack was full-fat.
