The first day of the 2nd Philippine Martial Arts Hall of Fame if the different Filipino Martial Arts Sem-inar the program started with the Opening Prayer by Brian Plaza, followed by the National Anthem and the Welcome Remarks by Mr. Jeff Nisnisan. These are some of the Filipino martial arts Personalities: Patty Cabal-lero the daughter of Grandmaster Benjamin Luna, Efren Tila from Italy, Enrico Kaule from Germany, Jeff Panes and Marco Zeller from Switzerland, Sunshine facto from Sinag Martial Arts Institute, Prof. Armando Soteco - School of Arnis Professionals, Grandmaster Andy Kunz, Master Jimmy Ibrahim from Falcon Consolidate Martial Arts, Danilo Salvador, Tim Alfonso, Jonathan Miguel. Rick O’Brien and Galip Akdas from Turkey. The seminar was conducted by: Grand-master Roberto “Bert” Labaniego by the Light-ning Scientific, Punong Guro Reynaldo Samson head of the Salaknib Martial Arts, Grandmaster Henry Espera Founder of Rapido Realismo Kali, Kalis Illustrisimo group headed by Master Peach-ie Baron, Master Arnold Narzo and Guro Alex Ercia; Master Rolando Hong from the Cinco Teros; Maestro Rennie Ross head of Yaw Yan Kampilan; and Grandmaster Cristino Vasquez from International Modern Arnis Federation Phil-ippines and founder of Ipit Pilipit Arnis.

The 2nd day of the 2nd Philippine Martial Arts Hall of Fame the different Tournament Rules in Arnis Anyo, Sinawali Rules, Arnis Kick Boxing Rules and the Arnis Baxafra Rules after each seminar there are com-petition in Sinawali, Anyo and Pang-oran. The Sinawali Seminar Rules & Regulations was conducted by Punong Guro Reynaldo Senson and Punong Guro Rogelio Vasquez. Champion for the Sinawali competition the Finland Team: Tomi Harrell and Vilma Harell, 1st runner up from Salaknib Martial Arts Group and the 2nd runner up Salaknib Martial Arts Group. Next seminar was about the tournament rules and regulation of the Arnis Kickboxing System (ARKI-BOS) Seminar Rules & Regulations given by Master Junar Vidal and Arnold Ramos. The champion for the Arkibos tournament was James Morales against Boris Mendoza. After the seminar the Arnis Tournament Seminar Rules & Regulations by Maestro Ronaldo Baxafra and for the Anyo Competition Seminar Guro Roger Santos. The Category for the Anyo were: Stick Concept (Solo, Double and Espada y Daga), Blade Concept (Replica Weapon - wood, metal, etc.) and Open Filipino Martial Arts Weapon.

On April 27, 2014 the awards night which held at the Centennial Hall of the Manila Hotel was started at 6pm by the Opening prayer of Pastor Rodolfo Bautista, then followed by the production number from the Baguio All Star Arnis, Inc., and Salaknib Martial Arts with the Modern Arnis Mano-Mano Filipino Martial Arts followed by the National Anthem. The Welcome Remarks was given by the President of the Hall of Fame Mr. Romeo Solatorio, then introductions of the Guest of Honor and Speaker by Mr. Arnold Ramos for the President of the One Fighting Championship by Mr. Victor Cui.
