• City / Main Conference venue / Hotels for delegates

• Accessibility details (airport/train, transfers)

3. Three day event outlined (Wed-Fri)

• Tue = Scientific Workshops

• Wed-Fri = Main sessions (Up to 4x Breakouts)

• Welcome Drinks (Wed) & Gala Dinner (Thu)

8. Demonstrate knowledge of the association and previous

congresses
