2019 FLF Clay Shoot Co-ChairTaylor Mead, Tower Electric
This month, meet your 2019 FLF Clay Shoot Co-Chair, Taylor Mead
Taylor Mead is a senior project manager with Tower Electric and has been with the company since its inception in 2006. Taylor has over 20 total years of experience in the trade and
has progressively worked his way through the ranks while at Tower. He started his career with Tower Electric as a foreman
and eectively ran projects of various sizes and scopes. His breadth of project experience encompasses, among other
things, hospitals, schools, retail space, and oce space.
Taylor is a critical lynchpin in Tower’s success for a variety of reasons. He is responsible for communication with the general contractor, suppliers, and subcontractors on any given project. He is also in charge of the overall coordination and scheduling
of his jobs and serves as a liaison between the oce and the eld. Taylor’s expertise and communication skills are an
absolute necessity for a well-run project.
Outside of work, Taylor especially enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Not only does he coach his son’s base-
ball team, he also serves as his cub scout leader. Taylor additionally likes to travel, work on his house, watch college
and professional football, and golf.
