RV Dealer Web Portal –Step 1 – Establishing a User Administrator
Before a Dealer can use the Dealer Portal Site, a Dealer User Administrator must be established and registered in either the Dealer Portal Site or its sister site – eFDN.
Since the Dealer Portal shares the User Administrator that is setup for its sister Service system – eFDN, there are 3 possible options for your Dealership:
4. If you have established a User Administrator for eFDN and they have registered on the eFDN site, the User Administrator can logon to the Dealer Portal and setup the users for your Dealership using the User Administration processes.
5. If you have established a User Administrator for eFDN, but they have not registered on the eFDN site, the User Administrator can logon to the Dealer Portal, go through the register process as described in step 4, then setup the users for your Dealership using the User Administration processes.
6. If a User Administrator for eFDN is not established and not registered, then you will need to contact RV Marketing with the First Name, Last Name, and email address of your designated User Administrator so that they can be setup as Administrator in the security system. Once setup, the User Administrator will follow step 2 above. The designated person’s information should be sent to [email protected]
