1. Do dross cleaning hourly & record in the check sheet (AppenDuring cleaning MC operator must clean dross stick at cente

2. When dipping machine alarm trigger, PIC must immediately the stuck PCBA. Stick the yellow sticker and keep inside the(Follow Attention Note. Appendix #2)

3. After PCBA confirmation, record the 2D code in the PCBA Stu(Appendix #3)4. Stuck PCBA must pack in the last bin together with PCBA Stu5. Always ensure stuck sensor in ON condition. Dipping MC op

do two times confirmation(1st& 2ndhalf). Refer to Appendix6. Dipping MC operator must follow production working hour.
