Kanapali Beach Hotel Information

Guest rooms sleep up to a maximum of four people, including children. Rates are based on single or doubleoccupancy and are non-commissionable at 10%.

For additional guests aged 18 and above, a $55 charge per person, per night, plus tax will apply. Family plan: Children 17 years and younger stay free when sharing a room with parent/guardian and utilizing

the existing bedding.

Our standard bedding is either two (2) double beds or one (1) king bed + one (1) twin day bed. The hotel willdo everything possible to comply with special bedding requests made by group participants; however we are

not able to guarantee specific bedding types or room locations.

Rollaway charge is $40(available in king-bedded rooms only). Guests paying the extra person charge will notbe charged for a rollaway.

Guaranteed connecting rooms: Additional charge of $20.00 per room, per night, plus tax. Cribs are complimentary. Parking fee / per vehicle: $10 per day for self-parking and $12 per day for valet parking, with in-and-out

privileges. Rates are subject to change.

"Aloha Passport for Kids" is a complimentary amenity program, offered for children 12 years and younger.

Smoking and Non-Smoking Accommodations: Hotel guestrooms are designated 80% non-smoking inaccordance with Hawaii State Law. Please advise your room preference when making reservations.

ADA Accessible Rooms are available upon request inPartial Ocean View, Ocean View, Ocean Suite, andCourtyard Suite room categories.

A credit card imprint will be required upon check-in to guarantee incidentals. If a credit card is not available,a deposit of $150 per day of stay will be required for room charging privileges. If none of the above is made

available, the account will be placed on a cash only basis. Cash only basis is defined as no room charging

privileges, meaning all purchases must be settled at time of sale and there is no access to movies nor will the

telephone be made accessible to service for outside calls.

Tax: Hawaii Excise Tax 4.166% plus 9.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations; Total 13.416%.Taxes aresubject to change at any time.

Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival. Due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be rareoccasions when guest rooms are not available at 3:30 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of

departure.

Special Conditions / Force Majeure: If for any reason K`anapali Beach Hotel is unable to provideaccommodations as confirmed, we will secure comparable or upgraded accommodations and shall pay forany additional room costs incurred. K`anapali Beach Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to carry out

such arrangements as mentioned due to strikes, acts of God, or conditions beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notice is required three (3) days prior to arrival

to avoid a two-night charge plus applicable taxes for all

arrivals. No shows will result in a two-night room charge

plus applicable taxes.

Deposit Policy

The hotel must receive a two (2) night deposit plus

applicable taxes; payable by cash, check or credit card within

10 days of booking.
