Ownership Overview

A private residence at Firstlight Noosa can be owned in two different forms:

outright ownership or co-ownership (syndicate).

Co-ownership is property ownership whereby a single property has multiple owners,

each of whom own an unencumbered freehold title.

Usage

Co-ownership is ideal for the second home owner who enjoys using their property anywhere

from six weeks to several months a year. Unlike timeshare, co-ownership provides a purchaser

with a deeded interest in the property, rather than merely occupancy rights

Ownership of beachfront property for millions of dollars less than older, smaller units

offering no amenities or services.
