this includes the disclosure and transfer of information to the $udes and the media, "ostin on the official website or other official "ublications

and for use in acti/ities oranised in the future by the *S+' +usiness 'ase 'om"etition. The information may also be used for "romotion and

"ublicisin of the e/ents.

.! 2hile e/ery effort will be made to "reser/e the confidentiality of each submission, the res"onsibility for the "rotection of

3 Computer related

!.1 Partici"ants should use any software and their res"ecti/e /ersions s"ecified by the oraniser.

!. The oraniser will not be res"onsible for com"uter failures due to com"uter /iruses transmitted or any data loss due to com"uter

failure.

!.! The oraniser will not be res"onsible for any data loss due to com"uter failure. The oraniser reser/es the riht to "ost"one the

com"etition if the "roblem "ro/es to be serious.

d$erence to t$e rules and re#ulations

.1 Partici"ants must adhere to the rules and reulations set out for this com"etition. Partici"ants failin to abide by the rules and

reulations will be sub$ect to disualification,downradin or other "enalties.

. Partici"ants are reuired to brin alon their 3D 'ards or Student 3D cards for identification when attendin wor-sho"s,

networ-in or "resentation sessions.

.! 3f the o/ernment announces that students need not to attend school on the day of wor-sho", networ-in or "resentation

sessions, these e/ents will be "ost"oned. 4ew dates and rele/ant information will be "osted on the official website.

. )ny finalist team failin to attend the final "resentation will be considered to ha/e i/en u" the riht to com"ete.

.5 The oraniser will not be res"onsible for any accidents, in$uries, damae or loss of "ersonal belonins that may occur

durin "artici"ation or attendance of wor-sho"s, networ-in, "resentation sessions or any other related acti/ities.

.6 )ny "artici"ant who causes undue disturbance durin any wor-sho", trainin, "resentation sessions or related acti/ities may be

disualified andor e"elled from the /enue.

.7 The decision of the $udin "anel on all results shall be final and conclusi/e. 4o a""eals will be entertained.

.8 The oraniser reser/es the riht to alter or modify the rules or schedule of the com"etition where necessary.

.9 Partici"ants shall aree with the terms and conditions and adhere to the rules and reulations set out for this com"etition. The

oraniser reser/es the riht to disualify "artici"ants who fail to conform to the rules or the s"irit of the com"etition.

.10 Partici"ants in any "art of this e/ent are reminded to ta-e care of their "ersonal "ro"erty. The oraniser will not be res"onsible

for any loss.

.11 The oraniser has the riht of inter"retation and amendment of the rules and reulations
