Vendor/Flea Market Space Information and Application Form

Dear Seller,

Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Fair. Everything you need to know is listed below, including contact information. An application form is attached. Cost of each space is $20.

Important Information for Vendor/Flea Marker Applicants:

Fair Date-Saturday, May 26, 2012 Fair Hours- 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This event will be held rain or shine. Vendor/Flea Market Space is about 12’ X 12’.

Set up Time-7:00 to 8:30 a.m. on May 26 Double spaces are available for $40, but limited.

The Fair will be held on Templeton Common and the Grounds of First Church.

Each Vendor/Flea Marker applicant must remove his/her own trash.

You must provide your own table/s and chair/s, these items will not be provided by First Church.

Parking-Unloading and loading will be at street side in an orderly system; parking will be a designated area located away from the Common area. Parking is not allowed on the Common or the side streets adjacent to the Common on the day of the event.

DEADLINE TO RESERVE IS SATURDAY, MAY 19, 2012

First Church will also have a concession stand where you will be able to purchase food and drinks. Portable bathrooms will be available on the Common area.

Attached you will find the application. You will be notified when your application has been accepted. We look forward to seeing you at the Fair.
