At Finegreen, we understand that sound  management and inspirational leadership are fundamental building blocks for successful, high quality health services.

I’m very proud to say that we have recently celebrated our 10th anniversary. Looking back over Finegreen’s first ten years, three key themes emerge time and again. These are the ‘3-Rs’ – relationships, resilience and relevance. Relationships, because we have worked very hard to understand, and meet, the detailed needs of clients and candidates alike – so that we can help both find the tightest possible fit. Resilience, because we have weathered storms such as the deepest ever economic recession – and emerged stronger than ever. And relevance, as we have kept ahead ofchanges in the needs of the health sector – including the growing clamour for excellent leadership and workforce development in the NHS - against the background of unprecedented  financial constraints.

This is an approach which has seen Finegreen go from strength to strength since our inception in 2005 – now providing nationwide coverage from our offices based in Manchester and London. We pride ourselves on our in-depth knowledge and expertise. We also understand the importance of building longstanding relationships with both our candidates and our clients.

With over 12 years’ experience recruiting senior professionals into the Healthcare market in particular, I have been both delighted and proud to see how many of the candidates I have personally assisted go on to build highly successful careers in their chosen fields.
