Concept: The main purpose of this project is to assemble screens on a mobile screens at a high pace using highly efficient motor The work area where mobiles are assembled consists of two layers. Bottom layer contains mobile body & top layer contains mobile screen. First of all, when it arrives at the station, the screen will be checked for dimensions. It is held with the help of holder & then the holder is pushed inside. If the dimensions are accurate, screen is accepted; otherwise rejected. Then the piston of holder is pulled back & the screen drops into the vacant slot of mobile body & gets fitted there. It is then picked up & placed on next station where it is being clamped. In the subsequent station, it is checked for quality. There are two types of inspections, one is done visually by a human being & the other inspection is done at the station. The reason for such high inspection is that before shipping our product to the customer, we want to make sure that the product meets the specification at its best. Last but not the least, a gantry robot picks up (sucking up) the finished mobile and drops it in the empty bin right beside. The main motive for using robot at this stage is that we want minimum damage to the finished product as our firm believes in utmost quality.
