Make sure the person you’re hiring has a right skill and can associate with others. Time management is also the best management practice. How do you plan? For meetings, I make time for clients and plan ahead of time. She makes sure that she won’t forget any meetings or appointment by letting her assistant to remind her. In her line of business she needs to become sociable so you’ll have clients that will trust you. How do you lead? If her employees are having a bad time doing the work, she’ll help them so they’ll learn. She makes sure that everyone will finish their work in time by checking their work so that no clients will complain. How do you organize? In organizing employee’s relation to each other they have a monthly meeting. In the meeting they’ll talk about all the problems of their employee. They’ll provide a solution for the problem. Sometimes she’ll talk to them one by one if the problem is in bad condition. How do you control?
