Responding to the invitation received from the VIIth CPC. the JCM (Staff Side) delegation met the Pay Commission thisday 09'h June.20l5anddeliberated again in deraii on the following issues:- (a) Minimum wage - (15'h ILC norms/Dr. Achroyed Formula fbr determining minimum wageasproposed in the JCM StaffSideMemorandum). (b) Rate of increment. (c) FitmenFormula, (d) Qualification related Pay Scales, (e) Payparity for commoncategories. (f) Dateof effectof revised Pay Structure andallowances crc., (g) Upward revision of Ex-gratiato the families of employees killed in the courseof performing duties, (h) Parityin pension for eliminating the discrimination, (i) Rectification of MACPS aberrations, O Grantof increment to those retiring on 30'r' .lune and 3 l '' December of the year. Variousotherissues were also discussed with the VII CPC today.While the response of the Pay Commission by and largehas been satisfactory on many pointsmentioned ubou", the revised. pay structure/allowances is likely to be recommended to be given effect from January 1't,2016. With today's discussions in the final meetingwitn V1 CpC, the deliberations by the JCM $taff Sidegot concluded. It is expected that the VIIth CPC would submit its reportto the Government by the end of August 2015. Prominent leaders among thoseparticipated in the deliberations are Dr. M.     performing duties,(h) Parity in pension for eliminating the discrimination,(i) Rectification of MACPS aberrations,O Grant of increment to those retiring on 30'r' .lune and 3 l ' ' December of the year.

    Various other issues were also discussed with the VII CPC today. While the responseof the Pay Commission by and large has been satisfactory on many points mentioned ubou",the revised. pay structure/allowances is likely to be recommended to be given effect fromJanuary 1 ' t ,2016.
