The Vyavsayi Vidhya Pratisthan (V.V.P.) Trust was set up in 1996. It is Public Charitable Trust with the aim to contribute to the field of education on non-profit base. The Trust prides itself on establishment of the first engineering college in Rajkot, the central location of Saurashtra and Kutch region 25 years back. The philanthropic inclination of the trust has been a driving force for the college to succeed over the years.

Entrepreneurship development cell has been established to assist and to make the students aware

Knowledge Centre (Library)

The Library acts as a Knowledge Centre to enhance the relevant knowledge for the students and faculties, available in 12500 square meters large area have more than 2 crores rupees books and other resources. The Library is Fully computerized with user-friendly web-based ERP Software (In-house Library Management Software) that facilitates all in-house library activities. ERP Software is made by an expert team of our college, being used in an effective and innovative way as per the need of students and staff to perform day to day in-house activities of the library. Various Journals and magazines are subscribed for the enhancement of current knowledge. The library has a large collection of literature on cultural nationalism and integral humanism. Online e-journals and e-books can be accessed through NDL, DELNET & other useful resources. The unique facility of Book Bank is also available for All the semesters for all the students. I.S.T.E. has awarded "The Best Library Award" to V.V.P. Knowledge Centre.
