Ferro Boron Ferro Boron is an alloy made from Boron and Iron, which is used to metallurgical industry as additive for Boron. Ferro Boron can improve steel's quenching degrec and mechanical behavior obviously. In high-quality alloy steel Boron takes the place of Chromium, Molybdenum and Nickel, and doesn't effect the mechanical behavior. Cast Iron added 0.05%Boron can improve its wear resistance. Recent applications include the manufacture of Neody mium Iron Boron magnets and incorporation into amorphous metal materials for transformer cores. Our Ferro Boron is manufactured by the Carbon Thermic reduction of Boric Acid together with low Carbon steel using single phase arc furnace technology, as well as Aluminum Thermic process to get low Carbon materials. Our low-Aluminum Ferro Boron was used widely to amorphous alloy, rare earth permanent magnetism, hot spraying and antifriction alloy, and casting industry. Low-Aluminum Ferro Boron as alloy additive can give high magnetic inductivity, arodability and quenching degree to metal material. The low-Aluminum has the characterisics of stability, low impurity.
