We urge all of our residents to please take the water shortage seriously. This is a problem that affects us all so lets work together and take advantage of our estate’s green features to lessen the effects of the drought on everyone.

A reminder to parents. Playing in parking area at Umlele Terraces is not allowed. We ask you to speak your

children to please refrain from playing ball in the parking areas of the apartments. Damages caused by this will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

We owe a big thank you to you the residents for being strong through the water restrictions, for being patient with construction and for making Kidd’s Beach Green Estate the growing vibrant community that it is.

From draining oil in the drains in the house. Accumulation of the fats may lead to sewerage blockage. All food residue that is not drainable needs to be disposed in the refuse and not down the drain

Refrain from flushing sanitary napkins. Panty-liners and any other foreign items in the toilets. This leads to the sewerage blockage.

Other causes of blockage can be rags, children's toys that can easily be flushed down or fall into the drain.

Should the sewerage blockages stay frequent, this may lead to increase in levies to accommodate the maintenance of the blockages.Your corporation on the above is highly appreciated.

Following a number of sewerage blockages that have been happening in our estates. We request your assistance to curb this problem.
