Complex learning is enhanced by challenge and inhibited by threat associated with helplessness and fatigue.

The Corporation approved a resolution to adopt a bond resolution to advertise for a bond sale and to approve all other docu ments in association with the proposed Bourbon County School District Finance Corporation 2013 refuding bonds the proceeds of which will be used to refund the corporation 2006 bond issue. Voting yes – all6. The Finance Corporation adjourned. Voting yes- all7. The board approved resuming regular session. Voting yes – all8. The board approved the resolution to enter into a contract lease and option with the Bourbon County School District Finance Corporation and to approve all documents in association with the sale of refunding bonds to refund the corporation’s 2006 bond issue to include a participation agreement with the school facilities construction commission.
