Painters are asked to register in advance and submit sketches of their art work to the event coordinator. Painng supplies and window assignments are given out each morning of the three paint-in days. Painters are expected to clean up their windows aſter Halloween (the water-based paints clean up quickly). More informaon and entry form are available at www.HalloweenFC.com.
