• Now that we have looked over the data, had time to reflect, and discuss, we can not effectively see what it is we need to focus on as a school and as an individual teacher for professional development.

• Data is not meant to be punitive. It is meant to be used as a reflective tool in order to improve out instructional practices.

• As professionals it is our job to effective teachers and seek appropriate professional development when needed, in order to be an effective teacher.
