Objective:

• Improve operational excellence of FANUC Europe HQ activities, including new IT

server infrastructure, facility fire protection and power supply

Benefit:

• Increase availability of ICT systems to >99,99% (24 / 7)

• Ensure European-wide ICT support for each of 16 local subsidaries provided

from one centralize resource team located in Echternach

• State-of-the-art technology in place to protect ICT systems aligned with ISO/IEC

27001

European Warehouse Extension

Investment:

• 1.960 K EUR

Objective:

• Extension of current Echternach facility

Benefit:

• Moved more than 2500 pallets from external warehouses to a central point to be

able to serve entire European demand with short transit times to each country

• Increase the availability of spare parts for our European customers

• Reduce customer waiting time by improve our ability to perform direct shipment

to end customers (rather than via local subsidiaries as done previously)

Investment:

• 900 K EUR

Objective:

• Refurbishment and extension of current Echternach facility

Benefit:

• Provide European customers with fast and efficient lifetime maintenance of all

FANUC products, ensuring competitiveness of European production

• Extend the scope of locally available OEM repair for European customers from a

Central European location

• Add and develop local technical resources with skill set training including latest

technologies
