Little poppy
Given to me,
Help me keep Canada
Safe and free.
I'll wear a little poppy,
As red as red can be,
To show that I remember
Those who fought for me.
As the Christmas season is quickly approaching,
we are preparing for our annual Giving Tree.
If you would like to help a family this Christmas,
please drop into the Centre and take a name from
our tree. All of the names on our tree will be
families from the Family Outreach Resource
Centre.
The tree will be available Nov. 6, 2017 and the
gifts will have to be returned to us Dec. 11, 2017
at the latest!
The Family Outreach Resource Centre is looking for volunteers who would be interested in joining our Board of Directors. The Board of Directors meets every two months for approximately one hour. If you are interested or would like to know more about what is involved, please call Bonnie at 634-2316 or send an email to [email protected].
