Dobson Ranch Recreation Department is pleased to announce our 2nd annual Fall Festival; on Saturday, November 14 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Laguna Park

located at 2455 W. Laguna Azul Ave. , Mesa, Arizona, 85202.

We are inviting local companies, businesses and organizations to be part of our event. Fill out the information below to participate in this event. You will be contacted within a week of returning this

form for confirmation.

General Guidelines for vendors in attendance: A 10 x 10 space will be provided to each vendor. 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided (limited availability).

Pop-up tents are allowed. All vendors must have a representative on site at all times.

Vendors need to be setup and ready for participants at 12:00 p.m. and are expected to stay until 4 p.m. A copy of your City of Mesa Tax Licenses is required, if you will be selling any products.

If applicable, the vendor fee is due in full two weeks prior to event date: October 31st. A Maricopa County Health Permit is required, if a food product is being served to the public.

Read and mark which description best describes your vending type: Educational Vendor: This vendor must contribute to the event by providing a scheduled activity. Examples include demos, hands-on, lectures, lessons, etc. No Charge

Informational Vendor: This vendor will provide residents with information, handouts, visuals of company/organization. $25 Sales Vendor: This vendor will provide items for purchase to residents at the event. $25 Food Vendor: This vendor will sell food items during the event. $25
