Fair Play Code

The Fair Play Code – the Victorian code of conduct for sport and recreation, outlines standards of behaviour expected of every person involved in community sport and recreation in Victoria. The Fair Play Code replaced the Victorian Code of Conduct for Community Sport on 1 July 2018. For a copy of the Fair Play Code and further information please visit www.sport.vic.gov.au.

Form for Applicants

You are applying for funding to Sport and Recreation Victoria. To be eligible for this funding, your club must adhere to the Fair Play Code, and enforce the code including having addressed any breaches of the code.

Please complete all fields in the following form and return with your application

2. Is your club adhering to the Fair Play Code or related State Sporting Association Code of Conduct?

(a) Fair Play Code or related State Sporting Association Code of Conduct - from 1 July 2018?

(b) Victorian Code of Conduct for Community Sport or related State Sporting Association Code of Conduct - from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2018?

A letter from the relevant State Sport Association outlining the breach and how the breach was resolved must also be attached to this form.
