For everyday help with housework, we will arrange suitable help to match the tenants’ requirements.
MAID / CLEANINGSERVICES
DRY CLEANING& LAUNDRY
Laundry service applies only to household linen, ie sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Laundry will be collected and itemized, professionally laundered and delivered back to the property. At an extra charge, quilts, bedspreads, throws and other items can be added to the laundry or sent for dry cleaning.

POOL CLEANINGSERVICES
To childproof any property and make family accommodation safer, easier and more enjoyable, we can provide highchairs, baby cots, stair gates and any other baby and toddler accessories request-ed.
NSPF CPO trained and experienced pool technicians will visit the property twice a week to carry out the following tasks that will keep your pool sparkling and clean:
• Pool netting and vacuuming to remove debris
• Emptying and cleaning filter baskets/pump baskets
• Cleaning of water line level and pool steps
• Back-washing
• Adjusting pool water to the correct level
• Testing and adding of chemicals
If any problems with the pool or pool machinery are noted, they will be reported immediately and a quotation for repair/replacement from a qualified pool engineer will be provided.

There is nothing quite as exclusive as booking a ‘Chef at Home’ – a service many guests staying in exclusive rental properties appreciate. We can recommend professional chefs who are available to discuss and suggest menus that are tailored to guests’ preferences, and will be prepared and served on site, on the agreed day.
For a minimum of 4 persons, we can provide catering services for any occasion based on the personal needs and preferences of property tenants.
Travelling is made easier with our pre-booked airport transfer service upon arrival and departure.

In addition to the above, a wide range of concierge services covers any other special requests tenants might have during their stay. Common services include assistance on special occasions, such as arranging entertainment, music, activities, flowers and gifts – to name but a few examples.
To make touring the island more convenient, we can arrange either long-term or short-term hire cars. And to make holidays in Cyprus even more interesting, we are happy to recommend

• Cruises and mini-cruises along the coast or to nearby destinations

Every home will be provided with a booklet listing essential information that guests will find useful, such as:
• Instructions for use of TV, air-conditioning and other electrical equipment
• Wifi password
• Our contact telephone numbers
• Emergency services
• Useful information about the local area and surroundings.
Guests will be advised to report any faults, eg water leaks, electricity failure, etc, to allow us to check the problem and its cause, in order to conduct repairs as soon as possible.
Breakages and accidental damage are unlikely, but do happen. As is customary around the world, we make provision for such occurrences.
Guests can choose one of two options:
1. A refundable deposit of €250-2000 (depending on the property) against damages, payable before or on arrival at the latest.
2. A non-refundable damage waiver, starting from €5 per day, depending on the property, to cover any accidental damage or breakages.
