Step 1 : the Survey
• A survey• Standard (common for all companies in a same sector)
• has 70-100 sentences
• is available in FR & NL
• covers the global range of situations related to the business
• is filled in by a team of 10-20 people
• is anonymous
• is filled in through a specific software
• takes 1 hour to complete
• Each participant has to indicate• to which point he agrees with each sentence
• 2 sentences (for each « part ») that he believes are strong points that the organisation must preserve
• 2 sentences (for each « part ») that he believes are points that the organisation should improve

• Analysis (within 3 sub-groups)
• Each participant choose 1 of the 3 improvement points he wants to participate
• Root-cause analysis of the sentence (Ishikawa workshop)
