Communicating and Connecting

• Your Newsfeed is the overall view of all activity. Includes your posts as well as posts from your friend

• Posts will also be those posts your friends have liked or commented on.• With Exceptions.

• You will not see posts from their friends that are for friends only.

• Friends of friends will not see your posts for for friends only.• Facebooks algorithms will block out posts from those you do not regularly

interact with. • Your Timeline is a record of your activity. Your friends or the public will only

see the activity and information that you make available to them. • Time for a walk through. http://www.facebook.com

• Great for neighborhoods or associations. • Communicate with members even if they are not “friends”

because they actually want your information. • It is a great way for businesses and brands to connect with consumers.
