Love that 28 social media management tools basic report. Amazing seeing American Airlines Tweeting 6000+ timesa week. I think for the brand listening Zappos does a great job with whatever tools they use. I mentioned DeliveringHappiness book by Tony Hsieh in a Tweet 2 weeks ago and they jumped in on the conversation. Amazing. great weekend ~ Mike
