• Put some thought into your Twtter ID, which will be the brand you are identified with • Save your passwords and have a backup for your account

• Follow other people and companies that you are interested in and who you want to follow you via the “search” bar.

• Make sure you upload a photo or logo and fill in a description of your company so you will be authentic and don’t follow others w/o photo.

• Search for topics by putting the # symbol in front of your term

• Don’t just talk about yourself
