Yeah now I don’t know what is Pats prices I should ask him too, I will probably go with you thought because no matter what price his taste like dirt! Haha but I love him!

Tom Atoe 5-25-10Hey I wanted to make some of the salad for my family reunion so I was wondering if I could buy some beets? How much is it now? I heard that you lowered your prices, to bad for you though.

Farmer 2-14-10That’s great! That is every farmers goal isn't it? It is way easier now because of the pesticides that you got, but I heard there is a big problem in your area because of the pollution that is going on. And are you using the Green Revolution idea? If you are it does good work, right? I use it myself one of the downsides is there is a lot more crops to sell to keep of the bills.

Farmer 1-03-10Oh so sorry Sheen I was out of town and couldn't get to a computer, went to Pats house and you know how out of date he is after he lost a lot of his crops. But you left out when you concentrate animal production can create problems with suppressing odors and handling manure and flies.

Farmer Sheen 12-30-09Hey what are you doing for New Years? I was just thinking about the advantages and disadvantages to increasing the amount of food available. Like how people can eat just as much without paying more, but the over reliance on chemical fertilizers and pesticides can cause pollution and other bad things. It made me think about you.

Farmer The Agricultural Revolution-1700’sIt has gone crazy! Crop growing methods have improved. There are many advances in livestock breeding that improved the quality of animals used for meat and allowed for the farmers to raise their animals at a cheaper price.

Farmer European Voyages-1400’sWe got new crops from undiscovered areas and we have planted them in our own lands.

Farmer Middle Ages- around 1100We came up with a three field crop rotation, keeping one field out of three fallow each year and planting the other two.

Farmer Roman Empire- 200 A.D.We have figured out that we can leave some fields fallow, or unplanted, each year to help restore nutrients and break up pest life cycles.

Farmer MesopotamiaNow that we have finally domesticated animals we are able to get more work done and grow more crops with their help, but we need people to raise them.

Farmer 11,000 years agoI just got an idea! We could plant all these foods we have found and grow them to make more! We would have lots more food to eat and no one will starve.

Pat Atoe 8-17-09 Hey guys, I thought that you guys were talking about irrigation, but I guess I was wrong because irrigation is when you put crops on dry land, right? I kind of do it at my farm because our land is extremely dry out here in Arizona.
