You should work all the muscle groups of the face so that the toning up and building up of facial muscles will be symmetrical. These are the muscle groups you'll be working on:

The muscles that surround the eyes. When these muscles are worked, the small eyelid muscles are also worked, preventing hooded eyelids.

The muscle that surrounds the mouth - When this muscle is worked correctly, other smaller muscles of expression are also worked.

The muscle of the chin. When this muscle is exercised, the muscles at the front of the neck will also be brought into play.

The muscles at the front of the neck. These muscles when they are toned up give a vigorous, vibrant, youthful appearance to a person.

The jaw muscles. You don't have to be concerned about these because they get enough exercise when you chew food.

To the maximum possible limit, frown and bring your eyebrows over your eyes while pulling the eyebrows toward each other. After that, lift your eyebrows maximum possible, while opening your eyes as much as possible. Repeat the exercise for 5 times.

Use your knuckles to rub your temples and forehead. Start from the center of your forehead and radiate out to the temples. This massage relives stress and headaches. Massage for two minutes.

For practicing this yoga exercise, place both the index and middle fingers of your hands on either sides of your nose just below the bridge. Rub your fingers up to the bridge and along the eyebrows.

Try to focus on your breathing air that is inhaling and exhaling from your nostrils, the cool air will get in and warm air will be out. Rub your palms together rapidly and then cup them over your closed eye sockets. Maximum benefit will get by repeating this for several times.

Sit in any variation of the lotus position you prefer and place your pointer fingers on the outer edges of your eyebrows. Then slowly and gently pull your eyebrows away from each other, and at the same time, close your eyelids. This is like natural Botox

Lion Face Take a slow, steady inhale of breath and constrict

every muscle in your body: your toes, your buttocks, your fists — everything. On a slow, steady exhale, relax those muscles, stick out your tongue, widen your eyes and open your hands. Repeat three times.

One of the great yoga exercises for face is for relieving tension in your forehead and jaws that could lead to headaches. Make use of your middle and index finger of both hands and keep them in the middle portion of your forehead.

Rub your forehead gently by making small circles with your fingers and continue the massage across your brow to your temple, where we hold tension and give that area a gentle massage.

Move down from your temples to the pivot of your jaws, another place where we hold stress and tension. Continue the massage with small circle movements along your jaw line and across your cheeks, up your nose and finishing at your starting point. This yoga exercise works well especially for those who compress their jaws when under stress.

Face yoga is an effective way of staying away from wrinkles and toning the fat of the face.

Using Yogic principles of mindfulness and breathing with any facial exercise would make it a face yogic exercise.
