FABCO Machine Corp has provided NE Arkansas with the highest quality manufacturing, fabrication and machining services since 1994. We continue to grow thanks to our customers’ support and the demands of an ever-changing manufacturing world. Now with over 80,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space and multiple high bays, we have the capacity for most any project. We continue to upgrade equipment, as well as, the skills of our machinists and fabricators. Special emphasis is currently focusing on developing the areas largest and heaviest fabrication facility. Using Pro Engineer Machinist, CadKey Key Creator Machinist and state of the art OMAX CAD/CAM software we can help with initial design, as well as, generate CNC programs from 3D models developed in-house or directly from your models.

Our large CNC Machines allow us to

machine large work pieces up to 240” x 100” x 60” with a single set-up, thus ensuring more

precise work in heavy machining.

Plate work up to 42” diameter as well as shaft work up to 27” diameter and 236” in length can be completed on one of 6 MAZAK Integrex machines in one setup including all holes and milling operations. Coupled with full C-axis, steady rests, and an oversize boring bar stocker our Integrex 60’s and 70’s can greatly reduce lead times on complicated mill/turn jobs.

Turning work up to 82” diameter can be completed on one of our 3 MAZAK Megaturns in one setup including all holes and milling operations. With vertical and horizontal milling heads coupled with full C-axis, our Megaturns can greatly reduce lead times on complicated and heavy mill/turn jobs.

Bay 4 is devoted to heavy fabrication, equipped with welding positioners, tank turning rolls, shape rolls, 600 ton hydraulic press, automatic bandsaws, MIG & TIG Welders, as well as our Rockfor Slotter and Plate Rolling Machine.

Also, based in our two fabrication bays are a large selection of Bug-O shape cutting and beveling machines, track torches, etc. Our new Climax BB5500 portable line boring/facing machine is also available here.

HIGH BAY 3

Bay 3 houses our 10’ x 20’ Omax Five Axis Waterjet machining center, one of our 18’ x 68” Roll Lathes, Mazak Integrex 60 Turning and Milling Center, Mazak Integrex 70 Turning and Milling Center with

20’ center distance, two Mazak Integrex 40 Turning and Milling Centers, Mazak A16 Megaturn Vertical Boring Mill with vertical and horizontal milling, and turning capacity to 82”, and a Mazak SQT 28MS Turn/Mill Center with dual chucks and milling front and back side. Horizontal machines in this bay include Mazak H1000Q with 40” pallets and Quill, and a Mazak H630 with 6 pallet pool. Vertical Machining Centers in this bay include Mazak AJV5080, AJV 60160 with 5’ x 15’ work envelope, extended column heighth, 10,000 RPM 50HP Spindle, Mazak 655/50, and Mazak AJV 32405.

HIGH BAY 4

Here you see our largest Five Side Machining Center. It is similar to its mate in Bay 1 except it has a raised and column that allow parts as tall as 8 feet to be worked on. Some parts as wide as 120” can be accommodated due to extended Y-axis clearance . Parts as long as 20 feet can be placed via overhead crane. Also shown are Mazak A10 and A12 Turning and Milling Centers, 3260 AJV, 32” and 24” Pallet Horizontal Machining Centers, and a Mazak Integrex 60 Turning and Milling Center. In addition there is an Ikigia 63” Turning Center and the areas largest Vertical Boring Mill capable of swinging parts up to 15 ft in diameter.

For large diameter turning our KOBE VTL with Fagor CNC control can handle parts up to 15 feet in diameter and 55,000 lbs.

HIGH BAY 1

In this bay you can see two of our Five Side Machining Centers, an Okuma Bridge Mill, a Mazak

Horizontal Machining Center with 50” pallets, one manual VTL, as well as one of our Roll Lathes. Not pictured here is the areas largest Mattison (Blanchard type) grinder, a manual VTL, and a 96” Table Vertical Boring Mill currently being retrofit to CNC with live milling.

HIGH BAY 2

Our 250-Horsepower Mattison Rotary Grinder can turn time consuming and hard-to-set-up jobs into manageable operations where the result is both accurate and timely – up to 15 feet in diameter.

Intricate jobs, such as large threaded inner and outer hubs, can be nitrite coated to further add value to our finished products.

3 MAZAK Five Side twin pallet machining centers which will allow us to handle the big complicated stuff fast, with pallet sizes up to 2 meters by 4 meters with much larger travels! Horizontal heads connect via 17” diameter cervic coupling for complete rigidity.
