MINIMUM ORDER:Opening $500 order is required.Pre-season orders require a minimum 2 units per Style/Color(Does not apply to Hudson’s Bay “Point” blankets)
SHIP DATES: Start Ship 8/1/11 Woolrich requires a minimum 30 days shipping window. Shipments may berequested “as ready,” meaning goods will be shipped earlier if available andretain payment terms as of start ship date. Orders to ship as ready must beindicated on purchase orders and include a first acceptable delivery date.
RETURNS:All returns will be charged 20% of the original amount invoiced to cover thecost of restocking. Woolrich reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
PRICING:Pricing is subject to change without notification. Any past due accounts will becharged late fees determined by prevailing interest rates at the time. Accountsnot qualifying for open credit will be shipped on a cash in advance basis.
