Features:
1.Atomax nozzles can spray ultra small quantities into a precise mist.
2.Atomax nozzles can disperse water, oil, low viscous liquids and difficult to disperse with existing nozzles like high viscous liquids, slurry emulsions containing solid particles and so on, uniformly.
3.Mist vaporization is obtained using a unique whirl stream system. The liquid mist opening diameter is compared to conventional nozzles extremely large, also the duct from the supply opening to the dispersion opening is straight, so even high viscous liquids do not cause clogging or dripping, but result in an equal and uniform spray. And also the air flow needed for dispersing the substance into minute particles is little.
4.The diameter of the mist particles is decided by the amount of liquid to disperse and air source (compressor) pressure and can be controlled arbitrarily. In case of low viscous liquids the average particle size can be easily obtained.
5.Since the nozzle size is compared to conventional nozzles much smaller it therefore needs extremely little space when installed.
6.The nozzle has a high self-sucking power so low viscous liquids dispersed in small amounts can be sucked in by the nozzle’s self-sucking power only (pompless).
7.There is almost no need for maintenance when using the nozzle. The nozzle is constructed of two parts and one O-ring and therefore very easy to assemble and take apart.
8.The material used for the main part of the nozzle is SUS316L or high pressure brass, the standard material used for the O-ring is Teflon or Viton. The O-ring used for nozzles operating under high temperatures is made of SUS.

●The Atomax AM type nozzle can spray extreme small quantities into minute particles of an average diameter of 5㎛. It is a very small type of nozzle and can be operated by an air compressor of 20-750 Watt spraying extreme small quantities. The main applications for use are thin membrane surface coating, indoor sterilization or disinfection of scientific or medical facilities.
●The Atomax nozzle BN type has the same feature of being able to spray precisely as the AM type but can spray larger quantities. The applications for use are applying high viscous liquids in the cast process, spray
dryer where grain formation is needed, sprinkling or coating in the food industry, high temperature heat burning of heavy oil or industrial waste oil.
●The Atomax nozzle CN, CNP types are nozzles developed for the use in factories with large production lines or plants where large quantities have to be sprayed. The spraying opening is very large so gasoline, kerosene, A- heavy oil, automobile transmission waste oil, food waste oil, low viscous liquids with a viscosity of less than 1000 cp. , initiation of combustion of high viscous burnable waste oil, 10.000 cp. grease-like liquids or slurry emulsions containing solid particles can be atomized.
●CN, CNP types both have a self-sucking capacity being able to suck in liquids by itself.
Especially the CN type has a high self-sucking power, at a gas pressure of 0,1 Mpa.-0,2 Mpa. At the nozzle’s spraying side there will be a sucking vacuum of 0,05 Mpa. In case of liquids with not such a high granularity it can spray without putting pressure on the liquid side line also called pumpless type.
●CNW type is based on the CNP type but the nozzle has two openings in the nozzle body to mix two liquids at the same time. Depending on the uniqueness of the flow process mixed spraying is possible.

!The diameter of the spraying opening is very large so, there is
no need to use a strainer for microscopic liquids but for the gas
side under pressure a filter to remove water, carbon, tar and so
on should be fixed in the pipe so that only pure gas is used.

!AMH,BNH type is made of SUS. It is a nozzle that can be
operated in a high temperature environment.

*The nozzle is operated by controlling the volume of the supplied liquid and the pressure of the gas (=volume of the supplied gas).When the gas pressure is fixed the diameter of the mist particles will become smaller when the volume of the liquid is lowered. On the contrary if the volume of the liquid is increased the diameter of the mist particles will become bigger.And, if the liquid volume is set a lower gas pressure will result in bigger mist particles. On the other hand if pressure is increased the mist particle diameter size will become smaller.Atomax nozzles atomize liquids effective at a low gas spraying flow please do not increase the gas pressure and gas flow more than necessary.

D Nozzle specifications There are two types IS and OS selected depending on the nature of the liquids being dispersed. The specification of IS: Used when the dispersed liquid hardens soon when coming in contact with the gas, when the liquid contains solid particles or if the substance sticks easily to the point of the nozzle tip. The specification of OS: Used for soft water, oil and so on liquids that do not dry soon when coming in contact with gas, combustion, mixed spraying. !AM 6 type and AM 12 type fall under the IS specification only.
