• In May 2016, Dubai Municipality appointed Parsons the consultancy contract for DSST scheme.

• More clarity expected on the Procurement strategy by early 2017 however early intelligence indicates that D&B tender documents should be released by end of 2017

Dubai Municipality has appointed in April 2016 the Besix/Larsen & Toubro consortium for the construction of Jebel Ali STP expansion.Besix/L&T have finalised the design review stage with DM/AECOM and have entered into a more active phase in regards to supply chain engagement.
