AusTrALIA Meritage 4 | 5 | 0 A full bodied, fruit forward blend that highlights all the best characteristics of the varieties it contains. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings cassis flavours and firm tannins, the Merlot softens with hints of plum and violets and the Cabernet Franc adds dark cherry notes. Toast and vanilla flavours from the American oak will create a balanced classic wine.

CALIforNIA Cabernet sauvignon 3 | 4 | 0 This complex, full-bodied wine has a deep garnet colour with an appealing aroma of plump blackberries, sweet vanilla and fresh violets. Notes of blackberries, cherries and pepper spice grace the palate, enhanced with rich tannins extracted from the Cabernet Sauvignon Winery Grape Skins.
