1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background Information

ENV Services Limited (ENV) is a local company incorporated on 29th November 2012

under Tanzania Companies Act (2002) and was awarded registration certificate no.

95589. The company operates legally by paying tax to the Government of the United

Republic of Tanzania under TIN 101-041-123 and is registered for value added tax (VAT)

with VAT registration number (VRA) 40-014333-W. In compliance to Section 11 of the

National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Act (Cap. 50 R. E. 2018), the Company has been

awarded with registration number 1030301 as an up-to-date contributing Employer.

Company Offices are located along Sam Nujoma road, opposite the Mlimani City. On

daily basis, ENV operations are handled by qualified Tanzanians who are experts in the

fields of engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical & Process, Energy,

Electrical and Electronics).

1.2 Area of Expertise

Areas of company experience in technical services include: -

2. KEY TECHNICAL PERSONNEL

All technical activities carried out by ENV Services Limited are coordinated by a Team

Leader who manages all operations. There is an Assistant Team Leader whose

responsibility is to ensure a quality and timely execution of company activities.

Depending on the nature of project at hand, ENV outsources services from a pool of

affiliated individuals, institutes and companies. Following are the key technical personnel:

WATERPROOFING

ENV Services Limited is the sole representative and application agent for Siplast Icopal

SAS, the renowned France manufacturer of bitumen membrane and chemical

waterproofing materials. As detailed hereunder, ENV has participated in National

strategic projects like waterproofing to:

a) Mwalimu Julius Nyerere International Airport Terminal III (JNIA T3) and

b) Upgrading and renovation works to Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA)

The company is also the provider of waterproofing services to factory buildings for

corporate companies that include:

a) Tanzania Cigarette Public Company Limited (TCC Plc.) and

b) National Housing Corporation (NHC).
