Participate in the exhibition programme

An expansive area has been allocated for the exibition at 3rd European Radiological Protection Week 2018 (in short: ERPW 2018). The five-day programme includes a large conference, workshops, short courses, technical exhibition, student programme and field trips presenting the latest developments in radiological protection.

Coffees and lunches as well as different activities will take place in and around the exhibition area.

EPRW 2018 offers a variety of options to participate in the exhibition, you can choose the option that best meets you

needs and budget.

EXIBITOR OPTIONS

Please find information below on the different options; you can choose between:

1) Space only

2) Standard Booth Package

3) Tailor Made Booth (Made to Measure)

A basic exhibitor package includes:

One free registration for every 4m² exhibition space booked Company logo under Exhibitors on the Congress Supporters Webpage Company logo on the Congress Final Programme Company name in the Plan of the Venue Free participants list

1 Space only *

* Minimum area is 4m2

The Space Only option offers you a unique chance to create and build your own stand. Please note when booking this service, no booth package, electricity, lighting, cleaning or furniture is included. All services can be booked separately; this information will be provided in the online exhibition manual.

* Exhibition space only excludes stand construction and any extras such as electricity, lighting, cleaning or furniture

The following fees apply for Space Only € 150

Rates are in Euros (€) per m² and include VAT. Space Only stands are available from 4 m².

2 Standard Booth Package

* Minimum area is 4m2

If you do not wish to build your own stand, the Booth Package is an excellent choice! We will then take care of the basic needs, such as wall panels, electricity and furniture. Booth Packages are available from 4 m².

Included:

• White-wall panels • A fascia with a name board on the front side of the booth • One table • Two chairs • Exibition info counter • One plug, including normal electricity consumption Additional (to be paid extra): • Spotlight per 4 m² • Carpet (choice of colours) • Booth cleaning The following fees apply to the Booth Package € 200

Rates are in euros (€) per m² and include VAT. Booth Package stands are available from 4 m².

3 Tailor made booth (Made to Measure)

* Minimum area is 4m2

Interested parties that would like to have a specially designed construction or non-standard equipment, we would be happy to be of service at an additional cost. Your exibit booth is the portable version of your business environment and thus must be created entrely in your image. From partitions to modular flooring and furniture, we offer everything you need to stand out and provide an accurate glimpse of your business to those stopping by.

Exhibitor Registration

The exhibitor registration will open in March, 2018.

To assign for a one of the exibitor options please send an e-mail to supporters@erpw2018.com. Then we will send you an offer and need your payment to reserve your exhibit booth for the meeting.

Exhibitor badges are not mailed and must be picked up on-site at the Registration Desk. Replacement/Lost/On-Site Badges - €10.00 each.

Terms of Sponsorship Agreement

Sponsors/Advertisers/Exhibitors bear the responsibility and cost for providing promotional material

Amount to be paid within 30 days from the invoice issuance.

Space assignments will be made in the order in which application forms are received (FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE). Exhibitor packages are limited.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right of refusing any application that does not comply with the conditions appearing in the regulations.

Upon receipt of the signed application form and acceptance of the company or organization as exhibitor, exhibition space will be confirmed by the organizer in writing.

Sponsors, advertisers and exhibitors must communicate with the Conference Coordinators for further information, instructions, invoicing, payments, and technical procedures.
