The Exchange Club of Sugar Land honors, supports and thanks our men and women in the armed forces for their service.   • Debora Galmiche’s granddaughter, Kia Camille Pat-rick was born on March 1st. She now has 7 beautiful grandchildren. Debora asks for your prayers for Kia’s mom who is having a second surgery for a tumor.

    Karen Daly and her Child Abuse Prevention team have planned many events for our Child Abuse Prevention Month in April. As you know, this is our main service project that includes our Blue Ribbon Campaign. Blue ribbons tied around trees in the community has be-come a trademark of the Exchange Club of Sugar Land. Schools compete in a Blue Ribbon Child Abuse Awareness contest. The Child Advocates of Fort Bend “Light of Hope” program supported by our Exchange Club will kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month in Sugar Land Town Square on March 25, 2011 at 5:30pm.
