The importance of having adequate

sports facilities for recreation activities.



OBJECTIVE

To encourages PMC student lead a

healthy lifestyle.Helps student realize the benefits of

exercise.

To help student aware of effect of unhealthy lifestyle.



HYPOTHESIS The lack of sports facilities in Penang Matriculation

College is the reason why the students are leading tounhealthy lifestyle.

Most of Penang Matriculation College did not spendtheir time for exercise during recreation period.

Not all students realize the benefits of exercise usingsports facilities provided by Penang MatriculationCollege.



METHODOLOGYThe survey was conducted using several

instruments such as:-

1)Questionnaires

2)Photographs

3)Interviews

RECOMMENDATION Improve sport facilities

Held more sport events

Organize a campaign about the benefits of sports tostudents

Compulsory for students to go for recreation every evening



Conclusion From the survey, we found that majority of male

students mentioned that the reason why PMCstudents lead an unhealthy lifestyle is the lack of sport

facilities in PMC. Thus, the hypothesis is accepted.

While the female students said that they not haveenough time to do recreation activities, thus thehypothesis made is not accepted.
