OPERATIONS
• Attendee List• Complimentary POST show list will be sent AFTER the show – list will NOT include email or phone
numbers• Exhibitors can purchase an email blast through our registration provider Experient
• Badge Allotment • Two badges for every 100 square feet of space. • For booths less than 200 square feet, you will receive up to four (4) complimentary badges. • Examples: 100 sq.ft = 4 badges, 200 sq.ft. = 4 badges, 300 sq.ft = 6 badges, 400 sq.ft = 8 badges,
etc. MAX 40• Additional Badges - $75 each for ALL four days
• Booth Diagram/Rendering• Exhibitors with 400 square feet and more must submit a booth diagram/rendering for approval• Submissions due: Monday, June 3, 2019
• Booth Package• Material & Handling, Lead Retrieval, 8’back drape, 3’ side drape and ONE 7”x44” Company name
ID sign. Vacuuming & trash removal – Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday NIGHTS.

• Customer Badges• Exhibitors can offer their customers a 20% discount through Exhibitor Console
• Exhibit Hall Dates/Hours• Sunday, September 8 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.• Monday, September 9 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.• Tuesday, September 10 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.• Wednesday, September 11 – 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Exhibitor Appointed Contractor• An EAC is a company that provides set-up services for exhibitors. ALL EACs MUST
be registered. You can register your EAC in your exhibitor console• Exhibitor Services Manual
• You can order tables, chairs, carpet – etc. Link to access in your Exhibitor Console

• Floor Covering (Mandatory)• All booth flooring must be covered (carpet, tile, linoleum)
• Food Sampling• Centerplate (Exclusive caterer)• All food & beverage products not produced by the exhibiting manufacturer MUST be
purchased through Centerplate. Review detailed rules/forms for submission• Lead Retrieval
• One physical device OR Mobile App• Handheld Laser Scanner (add’l charge for Bluetooth printer)• Android Tablet• Mobile App – for 1-3 users
• Native mobile app that can be downloaded to the personal devices up to three sales people
• Material Handling/Drayage• As part of your exhibit booth fee, all material handling services through Freeman are
included IF you ship DIRECT to show site on Target

• Official Onsite Show Directory• Your company information can be updated in your Exhibitor Console which will
translate to online listing, onsite show directory and mobile app• Selling in Exhibit Hall
• Selling in the Exhibit Hall is Prohibited• Target Move-In Floor Plan
• Freeman has provided a color-coded floor plan showing your target arrival date/time schedule your carrier must be checked into the marshalling yard
• Target Dates/Times are NOT set-up dates/times• Union Labor
• Full-Time Employees• Hand-Carry• POVs (Privately Owned Vehicles)

• Exhibit Hall• IBIE will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center• All North & All Central Halls
• Arrival to Las Vegas Convention Center• Find your booth (follow the hanging aisle signs to assist)• Confirm your orders
• Freeman Service Desk & Additional Vendor Partners• Electrical/Internet/Carpet/Floral, etc.• Be sure to have all tracking/confirmation numbers handy• Obtain empty stickers from Freeman Service Desk• Look out for our IBIE Floor Managers and Freeman Exhibitor Concierges for assistance
