STRENGTH :
1. Most of the staff have passed NET
and K-SET.
2. Students prefers Kannada as one of
their subject.
3. Two staff members got Ph.D award
and Two staff members registered
for Ph.D.
4. All staff members are B.Ed degree
holders.
Weakness:
1. Lack of English and computer
knowledge.
2. Deficient in use of internet.
Opportunities:
1. Opportunities are ample for
Kannada medium students to serve
in media, journals, all India radio,
etc.
2. A chance to face competitive
exams and serve in the mother land.
