2. I have learnt quite a lot of things during the creationand editing of our movie. For instance I learnt no justto have basic camera angles such as left or right angles,but to also have high angled shots and low angledshots. This gives the viewer an effect of looking up ordown on someone giving them power or even showinghow worthless they are compared to another person.For our films we decided to use different cameras aswell as angles to get good shots for our scene. Also wewent beyond the normal rules of angles by the cameraactually moving around Danny. Then in editing whenwe sped up the clip it looked as if Danny had frozenand the camera span around him giving differentangles.

3. Another thing that I learnt is how to use iMovie effectively. To startoff with my group was using Adobe premium to work our movie andedit but the files were taking far too long to convert and therefore wedidnt get much work done as we were waiting around for a while. Sowe used a MacBook and iMovie. I learnt various skills such as how tomake good transitions effectively and how to cut different sectionsand to split them up. We did use other adobe type documents to helpcreate the perfect title that we wanted and also to create blooddripping animations for the titles. The other thing that we didthrough editing was to download music such as tension buildingmusic and to add it at the specific time to give a really good spinechilling effect to the audience. We had to drag, cut and expand themusic to make sure it linked well with each part of our film.

4. What I have learnt about blogger is that I can nowknow how to upload pieces of work that I need andalso in many different ways such as using scribd toupload some of my work so that it is easier to view andalso doesnt take up a lot of space on my blog. I havealso learnt that during my blog you can upload datasheets and questionnaires which I created using surveymonkey. Also by viewing other pieces of work that myclass mates have uploaded I am able to give feedbackto help them improve on their work. One thing I foundthat you can also do is by uploading pictures such asstoryboards and location scouting; this helped me andmy team by actually viewing the image instead ofdescribing it.

5. Another helpful thing I learnt through my productionstages is that I could view other classes films onYouTube and give feedback of what I thought wentwell and what I thought didnt go well. This was reallyhelpful to view because then it gave me an idea ofwhat sort of film get #s the most views whether it wasa slasher or a thriller. It helped also to see what somepeople did differently to others so that I could comparewhat worked well and what didnt. Other things thathelped through using YouTube were the fact that Icould look at tutorials on how to use some goodtransitions and how to add effects to our movie. Thishelped a lot because then we could ether imitate whatthe tutorial does or tweak it around a bit so that we stillhave a great clip.

6. One really big help that we had was on the websiteimdb. This was because when I was researching whatfilms sold best and what type of audience would viewthe film then imdb help out a lot, this was because it isa website dedicated to having information on TVshows/ films/ documentaries and also actors anddirectors etc. So this was very useful to find the rightinformation that I needed to help create my film.
