Who would be the audience for your media product? How did you attract/address your audience?

Who would be the audience for your media product? During pre production, I carried out some market research in form of a survey to see who my target audience would be and how to target my product to them specifically.The main points being found on this link; http://annalizaasmedia.blogspot.co.uk/p/audience-survey.htmlMy target audience for my music magazine would be aged between the early to late teens, this is quite a range but I believe it is suitable for the kind of magazine that I am promoting, this is backed up further by the price of the magazine, it has to be made affordable because of the ages of the audience. Also the audience research revealed that my target audience would be aged 15-19. Furthermore my target audience would also contain a mixture of both males and females (predominately females) because I don't want to be stereotypical and promote it more for one more than the other. Another thing to consider when talking about my target audience is their taste in music, quite obviously. My target audience would be up to date on the recent hip-hop music and any news surrounding the music genre. Therefore my target audience would primarily be females aged 15-19, but the way Ive styled my product it would be attractive to males as well as the older generations.
