We will practice analysing real-time issues and challenges and have presentations of cutting-edge research, best- practice and failure examples. We will assist each other to put together a leadership and talent plan uniquely addressing the specific conditions of your organisation aligned with the strategic objectives to meet leadership and talent needs. Workshop will focus on generating actionable insights to lead, recruit, develop and manage talent for organisations operating in Europe and Asia.
