Analysis of Winding’s Temperature Rise
Medium Voltage 3-Phase Induction Motor(For Example:MLASF Series)
Totally enclosed air-to-air cooler which features strong anti-corrosion,good cooling effect and Iow noise is applied.
Quality silicon sheets and reliable stacking technique are applied so as to reduce iron loss.
Quality non-oxygen copper bars and special expanding & tightening equipment are applied to rotor conducting bars to make them reinforced and fastened.
There are two types of bearing:rolling bearing and sliding bearing.They are international standard bearings with long life span and are convenient for maintenance.
The construction of the frame is based on finite element analysis and has passed experimental verification,so the frame is with good rigidity,and can reduce the transimission of noiseand vibration.
Insulation materials and manufacturing technology have been improved. Method of calculating the windings’end portion stress is both scientificand reliable,so as to determine the binding method of end portion.
There are main terminal box and auxiliary terminal box.The main terminal box features big space and can effectively avoid puncturing problems.The auxiliary terminal box is easy for connection and is legibly marked.

Motors use a mixed structure of radial and axial air circuits.The uniform distribution of many radial air ducts make the temperature distribution of the stator winding an ideal state of better balance,thus effectively avoiding local overheat of the winding.The fan is made of cast aluminium of high quality and adopts a curved structure of stream line shape,thus reducing air noise as much as possible while improving the ventilation efficiency of the fan to the utmost extent.
The computing of end portion of coil is both scientific and reliable.According to the stress and the length of the end portion,we choose the materials and binding No.of the end portion.After insertion and binding process,the stator is treated by VPI which helps ensure the insulation life span,the mechanical and electrical performance of the winding.
The materials of shaft are carefully selected by computing the load and environmental condition,and the welding tendon is treated by non-destructive test and stress removal.The conducting bars in the duct are fixed by specialexpanding & tightening equipment to avoid any vibration.The dynamic balance of the rotor is seriously checked which can control the vibration within very low level.The rigid rotor can stand the stress and heating during the acceleration time of the motor.
