TASK 2

Procedures

To procedures a lighting circuit and power circuit. Below show the step by step and the explaination of how to make a lighting circuit and power circuit.

1. Tin clips clamping, to make a tin clips to holds the lighting circuit, and power circuit.

2. Cable (L/N/E) about 30 cm to make a lighting and power circuit.

3. Use cable cutter or wire striper, to cut a cable and stripe a wire.

Put tin in here to make a tin clips with the size needed

4. Stripe the cable using wire stripe in 1 cm. Cable are in using is 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm.

6. Hammer and nails use to holds the tin clips that clips lighting circuit and power circuit.

Go to panel or bay, to make a lighting circuit and power circuit. Bring along with hammer,tin clips,wire, and nails.

7. Using hammer and nails making lighting circuit and power circuit. 1.5 mm cable use for lighting circuit and 2.5 mm cable use for power circuit. Clips the wire in 90 degree position. The distance between clips is less than 10 cm.

Task 3

Procedures

1. Prepare the tools and accessories that want to use, the tools and accessories are in use is PVC cutter, PVC conduit spring bender, measuring tape, G cutter, Dice set, PVC conduit, and GI conduit.

2. Cut PVC conduit using PVC cutter about 40 cm and bend 90 degree at the center of PVC conduit, using PVC conduit spring bender.

3. Cut 2 pieces of GI conduit using G cutter about 40 cm, and make trip about 2 cm long using dice set.

Bend 90 degree of PVC conduit at the center using PVC conduit spring bender at the knee.

Clean outside GI conduit after cut

Adjust dice set before make a trip

4. First pieces of GI conduit, center of GI conduit bend in 90 degree by using GI bender bench.

5. Second pieces of GI conduit, make a 30 degree offset shape at the center, and the lenght between two angle is 15 cm.

TASK 41. Cut PVC trunking conduit about 40cm using PVC

cutter and sawn.

2. Make PVC trunking conduit in a 90 degree shape.

Using a sawn to cut the PVC trunking with the size needed.

At the center of PVC trunking, mark a 9 cm length then at the center of the 9 cm mark about 4.5 cm mark the center.

After done mark and cut the line of the mark, combine the PVC trunking accessories.

At this section we cut it with the same lenght of the PVC trunking.

DISCUSSION TASK 2 :

Differences between theory and practical. Theory is an idea and hypothesis which explains about making light circuit and power circuit but practice is an exercise and application of making a light circuit and power circuit into action and making it with real.

The problem during the practical is the measure wires or length of the circuit or the between clips, to overcome this problem we must look carefully with our eyes, watch the object to measure,example: measuring tape we must look at the top and center of it.

CONCLUSION :

After complete making a light circuit and power circuit, we can identify the names, terminal, labels of acessories and tools use in electrical installation.

DISCUSSIO TASK 3 :

A theory is an idea and hypothesis which explain on how to make a PVC conduit and GI conduit into 90 degree and 30 degree offset shape at the center. Practice is an exercise and application to make the PVC conduit and GI conduit with our bare hand, we feel, touch, and make it with the shape and condition that have been given in task.

The problem during the practical is making a trip in GI conduit using dice set, when the pressure and tight screw are high at the end of GI conduit side it will become loss or damage, to overcome this problem we can loss the tight of the screw or make it with slowly.

CONCLUSION :

We have complete with confidence at the center of accessories ( PVC conduit and GI conduit ) by 90 degree and 30 degree offset of shape at the center.

DISCUSSION TASK 4 :

Theory is where we know everything about making a PVC trunking into a shape of 90 degree but nothing works. Practice is where everything about make a PVC Trunking into a shape of 90 degree works but nobody knows why. A theory is an idea and practice is exercise and application of any task or theory or in other words translation of an idea into action.

The problem during the practical is when we cut the PVC trunking then we cut in wrong direction or the mark line it will make unsharp cutting of PVC trunking. The solution is we must cut it with carefully.

CONCLUSION :

We have complete with confidence of the center of accessories ( PVC Trunking) by 90 degree.
