• Compile information in county database.

• Maintain relationships and database.

• Maintain relationships with local feed retailers.

• Maintain county-level feed retailer database.

• Monitor email, fax, phone messages for alerts.

• Relay alerts to feed retailers.

• Report any changes in the number of participating feed retailers in their county.
