my Audiencia, Court, and Royal Chancery which is, and

resides,in the city of Gua[dalajar]a of that, of Nueva

Galicia, the Alcalde Mayor of Saltillo has prosecuted

a criminal case and acts against D[o]n Thomas Trabieso

by complaint of Juana Garcia, wife of Juan de Escamilla,

charging that [Trabieso] had taken the life of the

stated Escamilla. In view of these [acts], it was'
