Every August, we gather more than 1,800 interns from around the world in Orlando
for our International Intern Leadership Conference, a global learning and networking
event conceived by Ernst & Young 15 years ago. And unlike the other Big Four
service firms that have followed in our path, we’re the only one to host such an event
every year since. It’s one more sign of our commitment to nurturing your talent and
future success.
